This machine is specially manufactured for the small baker by Camwheat, who know more than almost any other manufacturer about their particular needs.  It is a machine that will produce consistently well shaped pasties in sizes up to 152mm (6").  E.g. Turnovers for fruit, the ever popular Cornish Pasty, Bridies and Samosas.  Construction is all-steel with the strength to withstand constant usage, while being hygenic and easy to clean.  Moulds are made from Aluminium and 100 various types are now available.
