This machine is ideal for the manufacture of pies, tarts, etc. in tins, foilcases or paper cases. The advantage over other systems is that the heater is built into the machine and not the die. This principle makes it possible to wash the dies at any time without affecting the heater. The element is built into cement and therefore the risk of damage is virtually nil. The machine is mainly for small goods, but will accommodate a 177mm (7") diameter plate pie. It is simple and easy to operate and is a good investment for any small baker.
